En: The sun shone brightly over the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.

Af: Dit was 'n pragtige somersdag, en die lug was vol die geur van varings en proteas.
En: It was a beautiful summer day, and the air was filled with the scent of ferns and proteas.

Af: Annelie het stadig agter die groep aangeloop.
En: Annelie walked slowly behind the group.
