Uk: На краю невеличкого українського села, серед них залита свіжим снігом, стояв жвавий ринок.
En: On the edge of a small ukrainske village, amidst streets blanketed with fresh snow, stood a lively market.

Uk: Вулицями просочувався запах випічки та гарячих напоїв.
En: The aroma of baked goods and hot drinks wafted through the streets.

Uk: Всі готувалися до свята Святого Миколая, яке мало стати головною подією зими.
En: Everyone was preparing for svyato Svyatoho Mykolaya, which was to be the main event of the winter.

Uk: Олександр, завжди усміхнений продавець на ринку, стояв поряд зі своїм прилавком з яблуками, горіхами та різними ласощами.
En: Oleksandr, always a cheerful vendor at the market, stood by his stall with apples, nuts, and various treats.

Uk: Він був душею ринку, завжди готовий поговорити та допомогти.
En: He was the soul of the market, always ready to chat and help.

Uk: Але цього разу на серці у нього лежала важка ноша.
