Uk: Осінь у Карпатах була чарівною.
En: Autumn in the Karpaty was enchanting.

Uk: Листя на деревах сяяло золотом та червоним вогнем, а холодне повітря приносило з собою запах хвої та свіжості.
En: The leaves on the trees glowed with gold and red fire, and the cold air carried the scent of pine and freshness.

Uk: В таку пору року родина Оксани зібралася у невеличкій хатині на схилі гори.
En: During this time of year, Oksana's family gathered in a small cabin on the mountainside.

Uk: Оксана, молода художниця з великими амбіціями, приїхала сюди за натхненням.
En: Oksana, a young artist with big ambitions, came here for inspiration.

Uk: Їй скоро треба було виставити свої роботи на виставці, але поки що вона малювала тільки порожні картини.
En: She needed to exhibit her works soon, but so far, she had only drawn empty canvases.

Uk: Її брат Микола був поруч, завжди підтримував, але часто сумнівався в тому, чи мистецтво зможе стати для сестри справжньою професією.

Uk: Ці слова запали в серце Оксані.
En: These words touched Oksana's heart.

Uk: Ввечері, коли сонце почало палітру золотисто-рожевого на горизонті, Оксана і Микола вийшли на подвір’я.
En: In the evening, when the sun began to paint a golden-pink palette on the horizon, Oksana and Mykola went out to the yard.

Uk: Брат дивився на сестру.
En: Her brother looked at her.

Uk: "Ти правда думаєш, що тут щось знайдеш?

Uk: " — питав він обережно.
En: he asked cautiously.

Uk: Оксана задумливо кивнула.
En: Oksana nodded thoughtfully.

Uk: "Миколо, я знаю, що ти сумніваєшся.
En: "Mykola, I know you doubt.

Uk: Але подивися на це небо.
En: But look at this sky.

Uk: Невже не відчуваєш?
En: Don't you feel it?"

Uk: " Микола на мить задумався.
En: Mykola paused...
