Uk: Сонце постійно світило над арктичною тундрою, не заходячи ні на мить.
En: The sun shone constantly over the Arctic tundra, never setting for a moment.

Uk: Це було літо, проте холоднеча і крига брали своє у цьому віддаленому куточку світу.
En: It was summer, yet the cold and ice took their toll in this remote corner of the world.

Uk: Олена стояла біля вікна дослідницької станції і вдивлялася в неосяжну білизну.
En: Olena stood by the window of the research station, gazing into the vast whiteness.

Uk: Поруч із нею був Микола, її партнер і вірний помічник у всьому.
