Sr: Снег је тихо падао на зидине Калемегдана, пресвучујући их белом прекривком.
En: The snow was quietly falling on the Kalemegdan walls, covering them with a white blanket.

Sr: Његови древни стази и путеви били су празни, осим гомиле ученика који су учествовали у школском излету.
En: Its ancient paths and roads were empty, except for a group of students participating in a school trip.

Sr: Данас је Свети Никола, и све је имало посебан шарм.
En: Today is Sveti Nikola, and everything had a special charm.

Sr: Милоš, радозналац пун маште, једва је чекао овај дан.
En: Miloš, an imaginative curiosity seeker, could hardly wait for this day.

Sr: Осећао је дубоку везу са историјом и увек је жудео за авантуром.
En: He felt a deep connection to history and always longed for adventure.

Sr: Поред њега је стајао Марко, његов најбољи пријатељ и сапутник у свим авантурама.
En: Next to him stood Marko, his best friend and companion in all adventures.

Sr: Наставница Јелена, строга али праведна, задала им је јасне инструкције.

Sr: "Не идите ван одређеног пута," упозорила је.

Sr: "Тврђава је велика и опасна.
En: "The fortress is large and dangerous."

Sr: " Но, Милоšа је привукла неистражена места тврђаве.
En: However, Miloš was drawn to the unexplored parts of the fortress.

Sr: Његова жеља да открије неку тајну била је неодољива.
En: His desire to uncover some secret was irresistible.

Sr: Док је група обилазила утврђени део, Милоš је шапнуо Марку: "Шта кажеш да погледамо онај забрањени део?
En: As the group toured the fortified area, Miloš whispered to Marko: "What do you say we check out that forbidden part?"

Sr: " Марко се замислио, али је на крају климнуо главом.
En: Marko pondered for a moment but eventually nodded.

Sr: Обојица су пажљиво скренула са стазе, уверени да ће открити нешто невероватно.
En: Both carefully veered off the path, convinced they would discover something incredible.

Sr: Хладноћа им је црвенила образе док су тихо корачали по снегу.
En: The cold reddened their cheeks as they quietly walked through the snow.

Sr: Прешли су зид од старог камена и прешли у други део тврђаве.
En: They crossed a wall of old stone and moved into another part of the fortress.

Sr: Тамо су пронашли уски пролаз којег није било на мапама.
En: There, they found a narrow passage not marked on the maps.

Sr: Узбуђени, утиснули су се у њега.
En: Excited, they squeezed into it.

Sr: Прошли су кроз уски ходник и стигли до простране просторије са старом артиљеријом.
En: They went through a narrow corridor and reached a spacious room with old artillery.

Sr: Топови, преко којих је лежао слој прашине, сведочили су о давним биткама.
En: Cannons, covered in a layer of dust, testified to ancient battles.

Sr: Били су фасцинирани, али и свесни да су ризиковали последице.
En: They were fascinated but also aware that they were risking the consequences.

Sr: Изненада, Јелена је, са забринутим лицем, ушла за њима.
En: Suddenly, Jelena, with a concerned face, entered after them.

Sr: "Шта радите овде?
En: "What are you doing here?"

Sr: " упитала је оштро.
En: she asked sharply.
