Pt: O aeroporto de Lisboa Portela estava cheio de luzes e decorações natalinas.
En: The Lisboa Aeroporto de Lisboa Portela was full of lights and Christmas decorations.

Pt: As pessoas apressavam-se por entre os portões, carregando presente e malas gigantes.
En: People were rushing through the gates, carrying presents and giant suitcases.

Pt: No meio dessa confusão estava Tiago, um gerente de projetos eficiente, que sonhava em chegar a tempo ao Porto para o Natal.
En: In the midst of this confusion was Tiago, an efficient project manager who dreamed of reaching Porto in time for Christmas.

Pt: Contudo, uma má notícia ecoava pelo terminal: “Atenção, passageiros… O voo para o Porto foi adiado.”
