No: Snøfnuggene danset lett utenfor Oslo Gardermoen internasjonale lufthavn.
En: The snowflakes danced lightly outside Oslo Gardermoen International Airport.

No: Inne i terminalen var det travelt.
En: Inside the terminal, it was busy.

No: Folk hastet forbi med store kofferter.
En: People hurried by with large suitcases.

No: Lukt av sterk, norsk kaffe fylte luften.
En: The smell of strong, Norwegian coffee filled the air.

No: Soren trakk pusten dypt.
En: Soren took a deep breath.

No: Han sto stille i ankomsthallen, kjente på nervene.

No: Ingrid gikk frem, la en hånd på skulderen hans.
En: Ingrid stepped forward, placed a hand on his shoulder.

No: "Gå til ham," sa hun mykt.
En: "Go to him," she said softly.

No: "Det er på tide.
En: "It's time."

No: "Soren trakk pusten dypt igjen og tok de siste skrittene mot Lars.
En: Soren took another deep breath and took the last steps towards Lars.

No: Ansiktet til faren var spent, men også kjærlig.
En: His father's face was tense, but also loving.

No: Etter et øyeblikks stillhet, strakk Soren ut hånden.
En: After a moment of silence, Soren reached out his hand.

No: "Hei, pappa.
En: "Hi, Dad."

No: "Lars så på hånden, så tilbake på Soren.
En: Lars looked at the hand, then back at Soren.

No: Så omfavnet han ham, klappet ham på ryggen.
En: Then he embraced him, patted him on the back.

No: "Velkommen hjem, sønn," sa han med en lav stemme.
En: "Welcome home, son," he said...
