Ja: 新宿御苑の桜は満開でした。
En: The Shinjuku Gyoen cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
Ja: 春の木漏れ日が地面にダンスのように踊り、柔らかな風が花びらを優しく運びます。
En: The spring sunlight danced on the ground, and a gentle breeze carried the petals softly.
Ja: ここで、ハルキ、ミカ、タロウの三人は花見を楽しんでいました。
En: Here, the three of them, Haruki, Mika, and Tarou, were enjoying the flower viewing.
Ja: ハルキは会社員です。
En: Haruki is an office worker.
Ja: 心の中では作家になりたいと思っていますが、仕事から抜け出せずにいました。
En: Deep in his heart, he wants to become a writer, but he feels trapped by his job.
Ja: 今日はリラックスし、友達と良い時間を過ごしたいと考えていました。

Ja: ところがその時、タロウが突然倒れました。

Ja: 無邪気で少し無鉄砲な大学生のタロウが、予期せぬ病気を抱えていると知る人は誰もいませんでした。
En: No one knew that Tarou, an innocent and a bit reckless college student, was harboring an unexpected illness.
Ja: 「タロウ、大丈夫！？」ミカはすぐに駆け寄り、彼の脈をチェックしました。
En: "Tarou, are you okay!?" Mika quickly rushed over and checked his pulse.
Ja: 緊急事態です。
En: It was an emergency.
Ja: ハルキの心は動揺が走りました。
En: Haruki's heart was struck with anxiety.
Ja: 今日は穏やかな日になるはずだったのに、どうしてこんなことが？
En: It was supposed to be a peaceful day, so why was this happening?
Ja: ハルキはミカに頼りつつ、携帯電話で救急車を呼びました。
