Hu: A nap éppen delelőjét érte, amikor János egyedül üldögélt a hátsó kertben.
En: The sun had just reached its zenith when János was sitting alone in the backyard.

Hu: A kerti asztalon egy poros album hevert, amit rég nem látott.
En: A dusty album lay on the garden table, one he hadn't seen in a long time.

Hu: A környék csendes volt, csak a madarak csicsergése töltötte be a levegőt.
En: The neighborhood was quiet, only the chirping of the birds filled the air.

Hu: Budapest ezeken a forró nyári napokon nyugodt helynek tűnt.

En: Eszter arrived today.

Hu: Hosszú ideje először jött haza, hogy meglátogassa apját.
