Hu: Az ősz hajnala aranyszínű fénybe borította a vidéki tájat.
En: The dawn of autumn bathed the countryside in golden light.

Hu: A hegyek körülölelték a kicsiny falut, amelynek közepén állt a gimnázium, ahová Judit most először készült belépni.
En: The mountains embraced the small village, at the center of which stood the secondary school, where Judit was about to enter for the first time.

Hu: A levelek színes szőnyeget alkottak az iskola előtti udvaron, ahogy Judit kissé idegesen átlépte a kapuját.
En: Leaves formed a colorful carpet in the courtyard in front of the school as Judit nervously stepped through its gate.

En: The previous day, Judit had spent hours on the hillside, watching the yellowing leaves and pondering the start of school the next day.

En: The others were grouped together, talking and laughing.

Hu: Judit figyelte őket, mégsem mert odamenni.
En: Judit watched them, yet she didn't dare to approach.

Hu: "Mi van, ha nem fogadnak be?
En: "What if they don't accept me?"

Hu: " - gondolta magában.
En: she thought to herself.

Hu: De akkor meglátott egy plakátot az egyik falon: „Csatlakozz a kézműves klubhoz!
En: But then she saw a poster on one of the walls: "Join the craft club!"

Hu: ”Délután, az első nap utáni izgatottsága közepette, Judit összeszedte bátorságát, és a klubteremhez ment.
En: In the afternoon, amidst the excitement following her first day, Judit gathered her courage and went to the club room.

Hu: Bent már néhány diák gyűlt össze, köztük Imre és Gábor.
En: Inside, a few students had already gathered, including Imre and Gábor.

Hu: Judit csendben leült az egyik székre, majd a klubvezető felkérte, hogy mutatkozzon be.
En: Judit quietly sat down on one of the chairs, and then the club leader asked her to introduce herself.

Hu: Judit szíve hevesen vert, ahogy felállt.
En: Judit's heart was pounding as she stood up.

Hu: „Sziasztok.
En: "Hello.

En: I'm Judit," she began timidly.
