He: עבירה של חורף עטפה את מעונות הקולג', כששלג כיסה את הדשא שבחוץ והסטודנטים נעלמו לחופשותיהם.
En: A winter atmosphere enveloped the college dormitories as snow covered the outside grass and the students disappeared for their vacations.

He: דלתות החדרים סגורות, והמסדרונות כמעט ריקים.
En: The room doors were closed, and the corridors were almost empty.

He: אך בחדר קטן, קליידוסקופ של רגשות לא נתן מנוח לעבירה, סטודנטית שנה ראשונה.
En: But in a small room, a kaleidoscope of emotions gave no rest to Avira, a first-year student.

En: She sat on her bed, holding an open book, but her thoughts wandered.
