He: יוני עמד על הנמל ביפו, רוחות חורף קרות מנשבות על פניו.
En: Yoni stood on the Namalm in Yaffo, cold winter winds blowing across his face.

He: הריח של הים התערבב בתבלינים מחנויות השוק הקרובות.
En: The smell of the sea mixed with the spices from the nearby market shops.

He: זה היה יום חנוכה האחרון ואורות החג התמזגו עם אורות השמן הדולקים של המסעדות לאורך החוף.
En: It was the last day of Hanukkah, and the holiday lights mingled with the oil lamps burning along the restaurants by the shore.

He: יוני היה שם לפגוש את אחיו ואחותו, מרים ואלי.
En: Yoni was there to meet his brother and sister, Miriam and Eli.

He: "שלום, אלי," יוני אמר וגימגם מעט, הכאב שבין המילים בן רגע מתקרר מהאווירה החמה.
En: "Hello, Eli," Yoni said, stammering slightly, the pain between the words momentarily cooled by the warm atmosphere.

He: אלי הפנה אליו את מבטו, ומבט החמים והנחמד של מרים הקפיץ ביניהם גשר קטן של תקווה.
En: Eli turned to him, and Miriam's warm and kind expression sparked a small bridge of hope between them.

En: Just honesty and forgiveness."

He: "מרים חייכה, "לפעמים אנחנו שוכחים מה אמיתי.
En: Miriam smiled, "Sometimes we forget what's real.

En: What is obvious never takes place away from our heart."
