He: באמצע החורף, כשהרים הצפוניים של ישראל מכוסים בשלג, נמצא מחנה ייחודי שמושך אליו אנשים צעירים המחפשים לחזור לבסיס.
En: In the middle of winter, when the northern mountains of Israel are covered in snow, there is a unique camp that attracts young people looking to get back to basics.

He: המחנה ממוקם לצד נהר זורם, מוקף יערות אורנים שקט.
En: The camp is located beside a flowing river, surrounded by quiet pine forests.

He: זה היה ערב אמצע חנוכה, וכל הקבוצה התאספה סביב מדורה.
En: It was the evening of mid-Hanukkah, and the entire group gathered around a campfire.

He: עמית, בחור צעיר ונלהב, רצה להרשים את חבורתו החדשה במחנה.
En: Amit, a young and enthusiastic guy, wanted to impress his new friends at camp.

He: הוא עמד במרכז המעגל, עיניים בורקות.
En: He stood in the center of the circle, his eyes sparkling.

He: "בואו נעשה מדיטציה מיוחדת," הוא אמר.
En: "Let's do a special meditation," he said.

He: "זה יקרב אותנו ויוכיח שאנחנו יכולים לשלוט במחשבות גם בתנאים כאלו.
En: "It will bring us closer and prove that we can control our thoughts even in such conditions."

He: "נועם, עם חיוך סבלני, ושירה, עם הברק בעיניים שמבשר על שובבות שמתקרבת, ישבו בקצה המעגל.
En: Noam, with a patient smile, and Shira, with a twinkle in her eyes indicating approaching mischief, sat at the edge of the circle.

He: כולם סגרו עיניים ושקעו בשקט, קולות אש ופיצפוץ הגזעים ממלאים את האוויר.
En: Everyone closed their eyes and sunk into silence, the sounds of fire and crackling logs filling the air.

He: לפתע, בלי כל אזהרה, עז חופשית נכנסה לתוך המעגל.
En: Suddenly, without any warning, a free-roaming goat entered the circle.

He: היא בעטה באוויר והפכה את הכל.
En: It kicked in the air and turned everything upside down.

He: שירה צחקה בלי שליטה, והחברים קפצו לכל עבר.
En: Shira laughed uncontrollably, and the friends leapt in every direction.

He: עמית עמד באמצע, עיניו נפערות בתדהמה.
En: Amit stood in the middle, his eyes widening in amazement.

He: "מה לעשות?
En: "What should we do?"

He: " לחש עמית בקול רועד.
En: Amit whispered in a trembling voice.

He: שירה, מצחקת עדיין, רכנה לעבר נועם.
En: Shira, still laughing, leaned towards Noam.

He: "אנחנו צריכים לעזור לו, לא?
En: "We should help him, right?"

He: " היא הציעה.
En: she suggested.

He: נועם קם בעדינות וניגש לעמית.
En: Noam got up gently and approached Amit.

He: "בוא ננסה יחד," הוא אמר, וקולו רגוע.
En: "Let's try together," he said, his voice calm.

He: הם לקחו את ידיו של עמית והתחילו בעדינות להוביל את העז מחוץ למעגל.
En: They took Amit's hands and gently started leading the goat out of the circle.

He: שירה הצטרפה אליהם, וביחד הצליחו להשתלט על המצב.
En: Shira joined them, and together they managed to handle the situation.

En: After the goat was returned to a safe place, they returned to the circle.

En: This time, Amit stood in the center with a small smile and said, "Maybe we should meditate on patience and acceptance."
