He: בוקר חורפי בעיר הקטנה, פארק סנטרל היה מלא במסלולי הליכה שבהם כיסה שלג לבן ונקי.
En: A winter morning in the small town, Park Central was full of walking paths covered with clean, white snow.

He: ג'ונתן אהב לטייל שם, מתהלך לאיטו בין העצים הערומים, בזמן שהרוח הקרירה נסחפה מסביבו.
En: Jonathan loved to walk there, strolling leisurely among the bare trees, as the cool breeze swept around him.

He: כשהוא התקרב לשביל הכניסה, הבחין ג'ונתן בקבוצת אנשים מחייכים ומחליקים בעדינות על השלג.
En: As he approached the entrance path, Jonathan noticed a group of smiling people gently sliding on the snow.

He: היו אלה חברי קבוצת הליכת כלבים, בהנהגת מירים האנרגטית והחייכנית.
En: They were members of the dog walking group, led by the energetic and cheerful Miriam.

He: הכלבים נבחו בשמחה וקפצו מעלה-מטה במרץ.

En: "That looks nice," Jonathan thought to himself.

En: Jonathan smiled nervously, "Uh... he's on his way. A bit late."

En: Jonathan tried to sound knowledgeable, talking about dog foods and barking competitions he remembered from movies.

En: Once, during the play with the dogs, the truth darkened Jonathan's face.
