He: החדר היה מואר בשמש הקיץ הדרומית.
En: The room was illuminated by the southern summer sun.

He: וילונות בצבעים עליזים כיסו את החלונות, אך המראה מסביב היה כאוטי.
En: Curtains in cheerful colors covered the windows, but the view around was chaotic.

He: על השולחן היו פזורים נצנצים, קופסאות קרטון, ומעט חוברות עם מתכונים לפסח.
En: On the table were scattered glitter, cardboard boxes, and a few booklets with Pesach recipes.

He: מרים עמדה באמצע החדר וסקרה את כל הבלאגן.
En: Miriam stood in the middle of the room, surveying all the mess.

He: היא נאנחה קלות.
En: She sighed softly.

En: We can eat the ice cream after we finish cleaning," she said firmly.

En: Rebecca, the younger sister, sat on the couch watching them with big eyes.

He: "אני חושבת שצריך למצוא פשרה.
En: "I think a compromise should be found.

He: לא חייבים הכל עכשיו," היא ניסתה להרגיע אותם.
En: We don't have to do everything now," she tried to calm them.

En: Eli continued, "What do you think, Miriam?

En: Miriam looked at Eli with a frown, but at that moment an idea winked at her.

En: "Alright, you can try on the costume here.
