He: בחורף הקר הזה, בעולם שבו הקור מרגיש בכל עבר, הייתה נקודה של חום והתרגשות באווירת חנוכה.
En: In the cold winter, in a world where the chill is felt everywhere, there was a point of warmth and excitement in the atmosphere of Hanukkah.

He: איתן ישב בדירתו התל-אביבית, מול המחשב.
En: Eitan sat in his Tel Aviv apartment, in front of the computer.

He: האור של הנרות מהחנוכייה הקטנה האיר את החדר הקטן.
En: The light from the candles of the small menorah illuminated the little room.

He: הוא חיכה לשיחה עם נועה, חברתו מהצד השני של העולם, בניו יורק.
En: He was waiting for a call with Noa, his girlfriend from the other side of the world, in New York.

He: במסך הקטן, הופיעו פניה החמות והמחייכות של נועה.
En: On the small screen appeared 's|Noa warm and smiling face.

He: "שלום, אהבה," היא אמרה בחום קולה המוכר שפתאום חימם את ליבו של איתן.
En: "Hello, love," she said with the familiar warmth in her voice that suddenly warmed 's|Eitan heart.

He: "שלום נועה.
En: "Hello Noa.

En: The moment was heavy, the silence between the words expanded until suddenly an alert sound came from the screen.

He: איתן ונועה הביטו יחד אל ההודעה.
En: Eitan and Noa looked together at the message.

He: זו הייתה ההודעה שהתוצאות הגיעו.
En: It was the notification that the results had arrived.

He: כשההודעה נפתחה, שניהם נשמו עמוק.
En: As the message opened, they both took a deep breath.
