Nl: In het hart van de sneeuwbedekte tulpenvelden van Amsterdam ligt de Verborgen Tempel.
En: In the heart of the snow-covered tulip fields of Amsterdam lies the Hidden Temple.

Nl: Hier, tussen kleurrijke, koude tulpen, wandelt Bram.
En: Here, among colorful, cold tulips, walks Bram.

Nl: Bram is een nieuwsgierige botanicus.
En: Bram is a curious botanist.

Nl: Hij houdt van planten verzamelen en gelooft niet in pratende bloemen.
En: He loves collecting plants and does not believe in talking flowers.

Nl: Bram loopt voorzichtig door het veld.
En: Bram carefully walks through the field.

Nl: Zijn adem maakt wolkjes in de koude lucht.
En: His breath forms little clouds in the cold air.

En: "I must be dreaming!"

Nl: De tulp rolt met zijn blaadjes.
En: The tulip rolls its leaves.

Nl: "Dromen?
En: "Dreaming?

Nl: Ik ben net zo echt als je koude neus!"
En: I'm as real as your cold nose!"

Nl: Bram kijkt verbijsterd.
En: Bram looks bewildered.

Nl: Hij wil bewijzen dat dit een grap is, een mythe.
En: He wants to prove that this is a joke, a myth.

Nl: Hij neemt de tulp voorzichtig mee naar zijn vriend Floor en collega Jeroen.
En: He carefully takes the tulip to his friend Floor and colleague Jeroen.

Nl: In hun laboratorium toont Bram trots zijn ontdekking.
En: In their laboratory, Bram proudly presents his discovery.

Nl: "Kijk," zegt hij, "een pratende tulp!"
En: "Look," he says, "a talking tulip!"

Nl: Floor grinnikt.
En: Floor chuckles.

Nl: "Kom op, Bram, je maakt een grapje."
En: "Come on, Bram, you're joking."

Nl: Jeroen blijft sceptisch.
En: Jeroen remains skeptical.

Nl: "Laat hem iets zeggen."
En: "Make it say something."

Nl: Maar de tulp zwijgt koppig.
