Nl: De lucht boven de Keukenhof was somber en grijs, maar Jeroen, Marlou en Ingrid liepen toch vol goede moed door de tuinen.
En: The sky above Keukenhof was somber and gray, but Jeroen, Marlou, and Ingrid walked through the gardens full of hope.

Nl: Het was herfst, de bomen begonnen hun bladeren te verliezen en de bloemen waren in hun laatste bloei.
En: It was autumn, the trees were beginning to lose their leaves, and the flowers were in their final bloom.

Nl: Jeroen hoopte op een paar laatste prachtige foto's voordat de tuinen voor de winter sloten.

Nl: Hij draaide aan een knop, veranderde de hoek, probeerde iets nieuws.

Nl: Marlou, die Ingrid nauwlettend in de gaten hield, vroeg zachtjes: "Denk je dat een plant ons iets kan vertellen?"
En: Marlou, closely watching Ingrid, softly asked, "Do you think a plant can tell us something?"

Nl: Ingrid glimlachte.
En: Ingrid smiled.

En: "Plants have their own stories.

En: Autumn is not the end, but a transformation."

Nl: Op dat moment braken de wolken plotseling open.
