Nl: De winterzon scheen zacht door het grote raam van de psychiatrische afdeling.
En: The winter sun shone softly through the large window of the psychiatric ward.

Nl: Buiten lagen hoopjes sneeuw langs de paden.
En: Outside, piles of snow lay along the paths.

Nl: Binnen was het stil, op het geroezemoes van stemmen in de verte na.
En: Inside, it was quiet, except for the murmuring of voices in the distance.

Nl: Niels en Sanne zaten aan een tafel in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte, wachtend tot Bram hen zou komen vergezellen.
En: Niels and Sanne sat at a table in the common room, waiting for Bram to come join them.

Nl: Niels keek rond.
En: Niels looked around.

Nl: De muren waren wit, de meubels eenvoudig.
En: The walls were white, the furniture simple.

En: Niels nodded along with Sanne, relieved that Bram was being honest.
