Ca: En una casa gran i acollidora, amb l'aroma de flors de primavera i pastissos de Pasqua, Pau es trobava reposant en un sofà del saló.
En: In a large and cozy house, with the aroma of spring flowers and Easter cakes, Pau was resting on a sofa in the living room.

Ca: Havia passat una setmana des que va tenir una operació menor al genoll, i encara havia de fer repòs.
En: It had been a week since he had a minor knee operation, and he still needed to rest.

Ca: La casa estava plena de fotografies de la família i guarnida amb decoracions de colors que anunciaven l'arribada de la Setmana Santa.
En: The house was full of family photographs and adorned with colorful decorations announcing the arrival of Holy Week.

Ca: Pau era un noi reflexiu a qui li agradava passar temps sol, llegint o pensant en els seus projectes.

Ca: "Els dies van passar i la impaciència de Pau creixia.
En: Days passed, and Pau's impatience grew.

Ca: Desitjava participar en l'organització del dinar familiar de Pasqua, una tradició a casa seva, on reunien tota la família per gaudir de plats casolans com l'escudella i el xai rostit.
