Yoga meditation allows us to practice cultivating relaxed concentration.  Over time, the process of meditation deepens & provides a sense of inner peace.  

Join Wild Woman Yogini, Lizzy Sutton, for her favorite guided meditation, the 5-Step Meditation Process.  This meditation is a great fundamental practice to come back to time and time again, and eventually, be able to walk yourself through on your own whenever you want!

The 5-step Meditation Process is: 
1. stillness 
2. relaxed effortless (belly) breathing
3. systematic relaxation (head to toes or toes to head)
4. breath awareness in the nostrils
5. linking the breath to a mantra or affirmation
