Bill Baillie, a full-time physical education teacher, is also the owner of Bill Baillie Home Repair and Remodeling in Tom's River, New Jersey. Although his background is in plumbing, he has always enjoyed working with his hands. He started doing handyman work to supplement his teacher income, which eventually turned into a successful business. Bill also holds the CTI 1394 certification, which he took as a personal challenge. In this episode, Bill shares his strategies for managing projects with limited time, using his CTI certification to his advantage, and balancing his work and home life.
