This week's guest is Scott Humphrey, who serves as the CEO of the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA). Scott's experience in the flooring industry began at a young age, as he worked in his father's carpet mill from the age of 7. He later became a sales representative for Shaw and was eventually promoted to lead the hiring of all sales reps for the company. When the WFCA approached him for the CEO position, he accepted and is now working on establishing the Floor Covering Education Foundation to enhance the skill level of installers in the industry and promote collaboration between installers and retailers.
