Vegas is run by a colorful group of mobsters and they all want to either kill or completely avoid this man Geiger. We also have Earthboy Jacobus, Chief Chief Edwards just retired and is gearing up for a boring and lonely life. Until he finds a boy in the mouth of a dimension hopping whale.
