The holy scriptures do teach that the Lord Jesus took away our infirmities, and by His stripes we are healed; but there is much more to His purpose than mere earthly sicknesses - He addressed the issue of our spiritual malaise, which is of eternal value. Understanding the healing that comes through Christ Jesus gives us perfect healing!
