Salvation is a call to discipleship.  We are saved by God's grace according to His glorious will for His purposes; it is an amazing privilege to each person saved.  We will be the ones to live eternally in the presence of His utmost majesty, pleasing Him and living in the perfect beauty of holiness.  While we remain in the world we must necessarily live as though we were in the presence of God already, because we are! We are called to separate ourselves from the world and forsake all things worldly to which we held, both physically and mentally before receiving our divine call to salvation and sonship.  Many people would like to be Christian because of the benefits they hear are available in faith, but they are not willing to forsake their worldly way of life, not those things which they treasure in the world.  However, our greatest treasure in the world as believers, must be the Lord Jesus Christ, for whom we must be willing to forsake EVERYTHING.

There is only ONE way to be a Christian!
