Can't believe that the second year of Pandemic is coming to an end.... We have all survived this second year, and it is time to look back at the year with some self-love and compassion.

In this episode, we look back at 2021 and cherish the memories, the wins, the celebrations while also remembering the risks, the failures, the uncertainties and the courage to face those.  I am sharing a reflection exercise with all of you.
