So much talk from so many industry people about how to fix the technician shortage, They talk on podcasts, pay to have there ghost written articles to be put on the front page of automotive websites talking about how they have a way to fix the technician shortage. When in fact they have never even been a technician. They don't know what its like to be a mechanic.  So today I talk about the reality of an automotive technician. 
Just a glimpse of being a tech for 2 weeks what we go through the highs the lows the bullshit.
