Today’s guest is Rachel Lankester, host of the Magnificent Midlife podcast. At the age of 41 she discovered she had entered menopause early. This was devastating at first but over time she has come to view it as a positive experience that catalyzed introspection and soul-searching in her own life. She has now dedicated herself to tackling negative stereotypes surrounding older women through her podcast and mentorship and seeks to inspire women everywhere to feel empowered in life after menopause.
