Physical - start, continue or change your workout routine.

Emotional - keep it optimistic and positive. Look for the helpers, be the helper. Picture life after quarantine in a dream-big kind of way. People and earth healed, opportunities hurling toward you, a fresh start and a new cool perspective.

Spiritual - determine your values, make a pledge to live by them, spend time alone, be fully present as often as you can. The now is stress-free.

Intellectual – learn (something new), create, (something you’ve been wanting to), solve problems around the house or with your relationships, do crossword puzzles, or jigsaws…your brain needs a workout too.

Social - setup a regular friend chat online, or a socially distanced walk, or a family game using an app - Psych is a blast!

Environmental – recycle, compost, you’re already driving less so consider other forms of transportation too like biking or walking.
