In this episode, I sit down with Alex Magaña. He is one of the best cooks I know, and is a chef at a Taiwanese Michelin Star Restaurant based in Los Angeles, Kato. We get into how his childhood passion of cooking shaped him into doing what he does now and the struggles he faced/is currently facing to get to his short-term and long-term goals.
