This week we welcome European 1500M Silver Medallist Holly Archer to the show. Holly is an accomplished runner who has recently entered the world of HYROX winning HYROX Women’s Open in Cape Town.

We discuss Holly’s views on the mistakes runners make and also the steps we all can make to improve. We also consider how HYROX can ensure that it’s a welcoming place to newcomers.
