This week on the show we welcome Sinéad Bent. Over a period of two weeks Sinéad went from contender to Elite 15 qualifier in two divisions. Even more remarkable, Sinéad has only been racing HYROX for a year. We discuss her background, the origin of her first HYROX and look into her two recent qualifying races. We also quiz Sinéad on her tips in respect of moving from running to HYROX.
