When people have skin issues such as acne, dry skin, psoriasis, eczema, or rosacea, it's pretty common to use remedies that tackle the issues from the outside of the body. Sometimes those methods are only covering the issue and they don't serve as a true remedy to fix it. In order to really tend to the root of the issue, it's smart to use a method that works from the inside.
Hippocrates is credited with saying "All disease begins in the gut" and skin issues are no exception. Sugar is a huge culprit for acne or clogged pores. Find out all about that and more in today's episode.
