According to KPMG, digital transformation is the biggest challenge facing leaders in Australia. The pandemic didn't change that - if anything, it accelerated digital transformation by 5-6 years.

And yet, McKinsey says 70% of digital transformation efforts fail. Why? Because too many leaders and teams get it wrong. Don’t be digital just for digital’s sake. Do it to better serve your customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders.
