FINDING THE SMALL WINS
Kiersten and Melissa are the founders of Island ACL. They share a passion for youth injury risk reduction, ACL injury education and supporting those going through any stage of return from this injury.
Kiersten is an Athletic Therapist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Melissa is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and in her final year of the BAET at Camosun College (to certify as an Athletic Therapist).
