Ryan currently serves as the Director, Performance Services for CSIO. He has spent time with the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Network since 2011 in roles as a biomechanist, strength & conditioning coach and integrated support team lead. We discuss all things relevant to these roles and the traits and characteristics that serve the high performance and developmental levels in sport.
