Jon originally signed with the Toronto Blue Jays after being drafted in 2011 and he is now a member of the Miami Marlins. He became the first player in Marlins history with 20-plus games at each of 3B, SS and CF in the same season (2019) and led the team with 17 stolen bases. We discuss all things pro baseball, from development in the minor leagues to mindset, individual skill in a team space and training and recovery.
