We discuss protocol development, building an AT unit and developing trust with athletes, coaches and management. Sasha is the Head Athletic Trainer at the University of the Bahamas. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the Athletic Training unit and directly oversees Men's Basketball, Men's Soccer and Judo.
