Guest: Dr. Thomas Buckley is an Associate Professor of Athletic Training in the Department of Kinesiology and Applied Physiology at the University of Delaware where he conducts Concussion related research and co-directs the University’s involvement in the NCAA/DoD Grand Alliance CARE consortium.
