One of the types of trauma I didn’t realize existed is religious trauma. This was brought to my attention while studying more about trauma and trauma recovery. The conversation I had with Abbie and Charlie of NorCal Tattoo sparked this video’s topic and I also talk a bit about my bullying triggers.
