All these things happen to your body when your stressed – blood vessels constrict decreasing blood flow so more chance of heart attack and stroke, immune system weakens, shallower breathing, more aches and pains.  The week im talking about the health beneits of laughter. Researchers are finding that lauging alleviates a lot these stressful effects. It Raises Endorphins, the body's natural pain killer, Boosts Our Immune System, Increases Blood Flow, Boosts Levels Of Good Cholesterol, Causes Deeper Breathing, and as I mentioned on Monday it Even Burns Calories.

In one study at u of Maryland, they had people watch a stressful movie – saving private ryan and a funny movie – kingpin. Blood flow increased for people who laughed.

Another study at loma linda university found that laughing 30 minues a day for a year boosted levels of good cholesterol

So find things to laugh about every day . . . it's good for your health.

This is Jan, take care and enjoy your journey.
