There was no episode last week as I recorded this one and thought I'd deleted it but it mysteriously ended up back on my laptop which I am THRILLED about because it's a good one!

This episode is about figuring out what identities you are attached too and who you would be without them. I speak on why it's important to CHOOSE what you identify with when forming new habits and knowing why you might be holding onto previous versions of yourself, for example in my journey moving from clinical veterinary work to life coaching.
