Ep. 7: Murderock and Nightmare (1981) (with Joe Brady)

Welcome to Season 2 of Filmed Obscura.  Where the films get more obscure and the banter more ridiculous.  Thank you for coming back!  We hope everybody is safe and healthy during these tough times.  As bleak as things continue to appear, they won't stop Justin and Chris from battling online glitches and continuing to hit the record button for more listening fun.  That being said, they brought along another special guest for the season premiere:  longtime friend and fellow podcaster (You Should Watch) Joe Brady.  Coming straight from guest starring on our second special commentary episode, and re-launching his own podcast (co-hosted by Filmed Obscura's own Chris Herdter), Joe crashed this pod with commentary gold about the two films we watched.  First up is a lesser known Lucio Fulci work, previously difficult to find on physical media, known as Murderock: Dancing Death.  The second is an obscure 80s slasher/mental illness horror yarn known as Nightmare.  So please...sit back, crack a local beer, and enjoy the Season 2 premiere.
