Ep. 21: Kidnapped (Secuestrados)

Better late than never!  Welcome back for episode 21 of Filmed Obscura.  The films are gradually getting harder.  This month, Chris brought another bleak, super downer movie and why are we surprised.  He's got a talent for discovering the sadder side of cinema.  The boys dive into the Spanish film Kidnapped (or Secuestrados for the purists).  The film was directed by Miguel Angel Vivas and packs one hell of a gut punch (or stab).  SPOILER ALERT:  the ending is one to be seen with little knowledge so please WATCH the movie before listening to the podcast.  If you don't care, then dive right in but otherwise please watch the ending.  It's worth it.  Now grab that beer...
