Azeul Hanma trains in boxing and has captured attention of the local Singapore scene through his very distinctive, unorthodox and exciting fighting style. During our discussion, Azeul talks about his initial encounter with the sport, the importance of learning to hold your own, and how becoming a father of two was an important motivation for pushing even harder in the gym. At the time of this interview Azeul was at the heart of his training for his upcoming bout at the KBX 52 on Saturday 29th April 2023 in Singapore on the back of his recent unanimous decision win at the Legends Boxing Series 2: "Take It Offline" event.
