FSP is BACK!  This week Phil Daru welcomes your new co-host to the Fight Strength Podcast, Macgregor McNair!  Mac is a seasoned strength and conditioning coach from Melbourne, Australia with 10+ years experience in the industry and has coached his athletes to 3x Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Championships. 

Recorded on location at Mac's training facility in Melbourne, the guys talked on many topics including the current Daru Strong Combat Sports Performance Seminar - Australian Tour.

Phil and Mac also discuss what went down at UFC on FOX 30 in Calgary, where 3 of Phil's UFC fighters all got their hands raised.  Dustin Poirier and Joanna Jedrzejczyk both put themselves in line for UFC title shots with their dominant victories over the weekend.
