Liz Blackman is the founder of Help4Pets, a 24/7, nationwide emergency ID system that works like “911” for your pet. When the SPCA International launched Operation Baghdad Pups to help American soldiers serving in Iraq safely bring home dogs who they had befriended after their tour of duty ended, Help4Pets was the ID system chosen to keep these pets protected during their long and treacherous journey to their forever home in the U.S.
