Welcome to another episode of the Fffffing 40s Show!
This time we have another round of awesome guests! We kick things off with Artist, Jamie Pruden, who is a lifelong visual artist, creating mostly as a pass-time until nine years ago when a stranger convinced him to go public. Since then, Jamie has not looked back!
We then chat to White Owl, live from the Blind Beggar Smokehouse. We talk about her experience with music so far, the revival of her solo career and departure from her band and even go into some of the meaning behind her inspiration before she performs for the audience.
We then speak with Steve McQueen of the Steve McQueen band, longtime musician here in Calgary, we find out what Steve has been doing, past until present and also future plans, he is playing live this Saturday in fact, check him out, links below!
We finish this show with a conversation with Dave Temple of MCC Recording. This is an interview that we have been especially excited about, it has been a long time coming. We talk all about Dave’s life and music from his start at the age of nine playing in his family band through his career in a metal band in the 1980s right through to what he is doing today with MCC Recording Studios.
