This week we speak about body image and the journey both of us (Esther and Lydia) have had with our own bodies. We speak through the issues and experiences that led us to struggling with our bodies and unfortunately, on to disordered eating behaviours. We speak about the importance of terminology when it comes to speaking about what people look like, and touch on where we are at now with our relationships towards our bodies and how we got here.
